Restriction on alteration of premises

After the issue or renewal of a licence, no licensee shall, without the
written consent of the Director, make or cause or permit to be made in respect
of the premises to which the licence relates, any alteration or addition which
would result in a material deviation from the plans approved under
section 10(2). (Enacted 1991. 78 of 1999 s. 7)
