PLEASURE GROUNDS REGULATION - SECT 17
Kites, model aircraft, balloons, etc.
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
The Director may, by notice conspicuously displayed in any pleasure ground,
restrict or prohibit the flying of kites, model aircraft, balloons or other
device.
