PLEASURE GROUNDS REGULATION - SECT 15

Bills and notices

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Save with the permission in writing of the Director and subject to such
conditions as may be imposed by the Director, no person shall distribute any
bill, placard or notice or affix any bill, placard or notice to or upon any
tree or plant, or to or upon any part of any building, barrier, railing, seat
or any other erection or ornament in the pleasure ground.
