Defacing a licence

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

No person shall-

   (a)  alter, deface or make any erasure on a licence; or

   (b)  use, or have in his possession with a view to use, a licence on which
        an erasure has been made or which has been wilfully altered or defaced
        in any way.
