Refusal and revocation

The Director may refuse to grant, renew, or approve the transfer of, a licence
or may revoke a licence granted, to a person- (L.N. 234 of 1987)

   (a)  if the person is under the age of 18 years;

   (b)  if the person has been convicted of an offence under section 92C of
        the Ordinance in respect of the same or a similar licence or of an
        offence under section 19; or

   (c)  if, in the opinion of the Director such refusal or revocation is in
        the public interest.
