Application for the grant, renewal or transfer of licence

(1) Every application for the grant, renewal or transfer of a licence shall be
made in writing to the Director in such form and contain such particulars and
be accompanied by such plans as the Director may require.

(2) The applicant for the grant, renewal or transfer of a licence shall
produce to the Director such evidence as the Director shall require that the
premises in respect of which the licence is to be issued comply with-

   (a)  the provisions in this Regulation; and

   (b)  any requirements issued by the Director of Fire Services. (L.N. 234 of
