Term, fee and condition of licence

(1) Each licence shall be valid for the period specified in respect of that
licence in the second column of Schedule 1 or for such lesser period as may be
specified in the licence.

(2) The fee payable for each licence specified in Schedule 1 shall be the
prescribed fee. (L.N. 351 of 1996)

(3) Each licence shall be subject to such conditions as may be stated in the
licence or notified to the licensee in writing by the Director and shall not
be transferable without the prior approval of the Director. (L.N. 234 of 1987)
