Offences and penalties

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of section 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 22C(a) or (b), 24 or 26 shall be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine at level 2 and to
