Entry and inspection

(1) The Director and any public officer authorized by the Director may enter
at any time any place in respect of which an application for a licence has
been received by the Director, or a licence has been issued, in order to
inspect the same for the purposes of the Ordinance.

(2) Any person who prevents, obstructs or hinders the exercise by any public
officer duly authorized in accordance with subsection (1) of the right of
entry and inspection conferred upon such public officer by that subsection
shall be guilty of an offence.
