(10 of 1986 s. 32(2)) PLACES OF AMUSEMENT REGULATION - SECT 3 Interpretation VerDate:01/01/2000 In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires- "Director" (署長) means the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services; (78 of 1999 s. 7) "licence" (牌照) means a licence specified in Schedule 1. (2) The fee payable for each licence specified in Schedule 1 shall be the prescribed fee. (L.N. 351 of 1996) (3) Each licence shall be subject to such conditions as may be stated in the licence or notified to the licensee in writing by the Director and shall not be transferable without the prior approval of the Director. PLACES OF AMUSEMENT REGULATION - SECT 14 Corridors not to be used as cloak-rooms VerDate:01/01/2000 The licensee shall not permit any corridor in the licensed premises to be used as a cloak-room nor allow any pegs or hooks for hanging hats, cloaks or other wearing apparel therein. PLACES OF AMUSEMENT (URBAN COUNCIL) BYLAWS - BYLAW 14 Corridors not to be used as cloak-rooms VerDate:30/06/1997 The licensee shall not permit any corridor in the licensed premises to be used as a cloak-room nor allow any pegs or hooks for hanging hats, cloaks or other wearing apparel therein. PLACES OF AMUSEMENT REGULATION - SECT 15 Sanitary conveniences VerDate:01/01/2000 The licensee shall to the satisfaction of the Director provide adequate urinal and watercloset accommodation in the licensed premises and shall maintain such accommodation in a clean and wholesome condition. PLACES OF AMUSEMENT REGULATION - SECT 16 Furniture etc. to be kept clean and in proper repair VerDate:01/01/2000 The licensee shall keep all parts of the licensed premises and all furniture and equipment thereon in a clean condition and in proper repair. PLACES OF AMUSEMENT REGULATION - SECT 17 Restriction on alteration of premises VerDate:01/01/2000 Except with the permission in writing of the Director, the licensee shall not permit any alteration or addition to be made to the structure of the licensed premises, to the ventilating system or other installation, or to the number of billiard tables, or other facilities, on the licensed premises. PLACES OF AMUSEMENT REGULATION - SECT 18 Entry and inspection VerDate:01/01/2000 (1) The Director and any public officer authorized by the Director may enter at any time any place in respect of which an application for a licence has been received by the Director, or a licence has been issued, in order to inspect the same for the purposes of the Ordinance. (2) Any person who prevents, obstructs or hinders the exercise by any public officer duly authorized in accordance with subsection (1) of the right of entry and inspection conferred upon such public officer by that subsection shall be guilty of an offence.
