ADVERTISEMENTS REGULATION - SECT 14

Penalties and Citation

(1) Any person who contravenes section 1(1), 6, 11 or 12 shall commit an
offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 1. (L.N.
82 of 1986)

(2) Upon conviction for an offence against any of the sections mentioned in
subsection (1), an order may be made for the removal of the advertisement.

(3) Any person who fails to comply with any such order shall be liable to a
fine of $50 for every day that he is in default and to imprisonment for 3
months. (L.N. 177 of 1996; 78 of 1999 s. 7)
