ADVERTISEMENTS REGULATION - SECT 13

In this Regulation, "neon sign" (霓虹燈標誌) means any arrangement of
glass tubing charged with neon, argon, helium or other inert gas which when
subjected to electrical pressure gives a bright glow, whether in the form of
letters, characters, model, device, border or outline, designed to attract
public attention to any building or place on or in which it may be affixed.
