OFFENSIVE TRADES REGULATION - SECT 23

Offences and penalties

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Any person who contravenes section 4 commits an offence and is liable to a
fine at level 5 and to imprisonment for 6 months, and in the case of a
continuing offence to a further daily penalty of $900.

(2) Any person who contravenes section 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20 or 21
commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 3 and to imprisonment for
3 months, and in the case of a continuing offence to a further daily penalty
