LIBRARIES REGULATION - SECT 5

Times during which library open to the public

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) A library shall be open to the public on such days and during such hours
as shall be determined from time to time by the Director.

(2) Notices in the English and Chinese languages, stating the days on which
and the hours during which a library is open to the public shall be posted in
a conspicuous place in the library or at the entrance to the library.

(3) The Director may direct that a library or any part thereof be closed for
any specified period.
