Name in which proceedings may be brought

(1) Any sum which becomes due under the provisions of this Regulation shall be
recoverable as a debt due to the Government and shall be paid to the
Government.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of any other enactment relating to the
prosecution of criminal offences and without prejudice to the powers of the
Secretary for Justice in relation to the prosecution of such offence, a
prosecution for an offence under any of the provisions of this Regulation may
be brought in the name of the Director.
