LIBRARIES REGULATION - SECT 38
Librarian may exclude person infringing Regulation
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) The librarian may prohibit any person who has contravened this Regulation
from using any library or any specified library for such period as he may
determine.
(2) No person who has been prohibited from using any library by the librarian
under this section shall, without the permission of the librarian, enter such
library.
