LIBRARIES REGULATION - SECT 29

Wilful damage to library material, walls, doors, etc.

(1) No person shall damage or destroy any library material or any part of the
structure, fixtures, furniture or equipment of a library. (L.N. 235 of 1991)

(2) The librarian may stop any person from doing any act which in his opinion
may cause any damage to, or the destruction of, any library material or other
thing in a library.
