LIBRARIES REGULATION - SECT 26H 

Recording

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Except with the permission of the librarian-

   (a)  no person shall make a recording of any record, film or film
        sound-track in a listening area or a viewing area; and

   (b)  no person shall bring any recording equipment into a listening  area
        or a viewing area. (L.N. 231 of 1979; 10 of 1986 s. 32(2))
