LISTENING AREAS AND VIEWING AREAS

In this Part unless the context otherwise requires-

"film" (影片) includes a television programme, a video disc and a magnetic
videotape; (L.N. 235 of 1991)

"headset" (耳筒) means a pair of earphones worn over the ears for the
purpose of listening to a record or to the sound-track of a film;

"listening area" (聆聽區) means a part of a library set aside as an area
for listening to records under section 105K(4) of the Ordinance;

"record" (唱片) includes a gramophone record, a compact disc and a magnetic
audio-tape; (L.N. 235 of 1991)

"viewing area" (觀看區) means a part of a library set aside as an area for
viewing films under section 105K(4) of the Ordinance. (L.N. 231 of 1979)
