LIBRARIES REGULATION - SECT 26
Restriction on the use of books requested by another person
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
After some other person has made a request to the librarian for the use
thereof, no person shall-
(a) retain any newspaper for longer than 10 minutes; or
(b) retain any book other than a newspaper for longer than 30 minutes.
