Use of reference library

PART IV

REFERENCE LIBRARIES

(1) Subject to this Regulation, a person may obtain any library material from
the reference library for consultation and use in the library by following the
procedure laid down by the librarian from time to time. (10 of 1986 s. (2))

(2) Library material obtained under subsection (1) shall be returned by the
person who obtained the library material by following the procedure prescribed
by the librarian from time to time for the return of library material or in
such manner as the librarian may in any particular case direct. (L.N. 248 of
