Return of library material

(1) Library material borrowed from a library may be returned by the borrower
or his representative bringing it to any library in the Regional Council area,
delivering it to the officer in attendance at the counter or other place
indicated by the librarian for the return of library material and following
any procedure laid down by the Council for the return of library material.

(2) The Council may direct another manner in which library material shall be
returned in a particular case. (L.N. 211 of 1995)
