LIBRARIES REGULATION - SECT 12
Library card or identity card allowed for library purposes not to be lent or transferred
(Past version on 01/01/2000).
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
A borrower shall not lend or transfer his library card or identity card
allowed for library purposes to any other person. (L.N. 83 of 2003)
