HAWKER REGULATION - SECT 53

Licensee not to cause obstruction

(1) Every licensee shall ensure that no stall or other equipment used by him
in the course of his trade is erected or placed in such a manner as to
obstruct or interfere with the free flow of vehicular traffic or the free
movement of pedestrians. (78 of 1999 s. 7)

(2) Neither a hawker nor an assistant shall behave towards any person in an
importunate manner or in a manner calculated to obstruct, disturb or annoy a
person. (78 of 1999 s. 7)
