Stalls not to be joined

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

A licensee shall not-

   (a)  attach or permit the attaching of one stall to another stall; or

   (b)  except in the case of stalls established within Housing 
        Authority estates with the permission of the Housing Authority or of
        stalls provided by the Director, hawk from a stall which is attached
        to another stall. (23 of 1973 s. 36; 78 of 1999 s. 7)
