Erection of wall stalls permitted in certain cases

Notwithstanding section 40, the Director may permit a licensee who holds a
fixed-pitch hawker licence, on receiving a written application from him for
the purpose, to erect on any fixed pitch that is for the time being allocated
to him under section 33 (not being one on which the Director provides a stall)
a wall stall that is designed and constructed in accordance with
specifications previously approved by the Director.
