HAWKER REGULATION - SECT 38

Fixed pitch licensees to be present on pitches at all reasonable times

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

When the business of a licensee to whom a fixed pitch has been allocated under
section 33 is being carried on, that licensee shall, unless absent for some
reasonable cause, be personally present at the pitch and conduct or
superintend business there.
