HAWKER REGULATION - SECT 37
Use of pitches
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
A licensee who holds a fixed-pitch hawker licence shall not use a fixed pitch
that is for the time being allocated to another licensee, or that is being
lawfully used by another licensee.
