HAWKER REGULATION - SECT 25

Director may require production of licence for amendment

(1) The Director may serve notice in writing on a licensee requiring him to
produce his licence to the Director in order that-

   (a)  the Director may endorse on the licence any endorsement that is
        required or authorized under this Regulation; or

   (b)  in any case where the permission to which the endorsement on the
        licence relates has been withdrawn, the Director may delete the
        endorsement.

(2) A licensee on whom a notice has been served under subsection

(1) shall comply with it not later than 7 days after its service on him.
