HAWKER REGULATION - SECT 17
Issue of duplicate licences
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
The Director shall, if he is satisfied that a licence or hawker badge has been
accidentally lost, destroyed, or defaced, and on payment of the prescribed
fee, issue a duplicate of the licence or hawker badge to the licensee. (See
Schedule, Part I) (L.N. 346 of 1989; 78 of 1999 s. 7)
