HAWKER REGULATION - SECT 10

Temporary licences

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

In every case where an application for a temporary licence is granted, the
Director shall issue to the applicant in such form as he thinks fit a
temporary licence which permits the licensee to hawk for such period (not
exceeding 1 month) and for such purpose as the Director specifies in the
licence, subject to any conditions that the Director thinks fit to specify in
the licence.
