ABATTOIRS REGULATION - SECT 4

Fees

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) There shall be payable by every person to whom any services have been
provided in an abattoir the prescribed fee. (L.N. 179 of 1995)

(2) The manager may, if there is a prescribed fee for that purpose, nominate
that a night will be for night slaughter. (L.N. 345 of 1988)

(3) If a person brings a food animal into an abattoir to be slaughtered before
8 a.m. on the morning after a night nominated for night slaughter, the person
shall pay the prescribed fee, if any, for night slaughter. (L.N. 345 of 1988;
