TOWN PLANNING (TAKING POSSESSION AND DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY) REGULATION - SECT 6B

Registration of notices

(1) The Authority shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after service of a
notice under section 2(1) or (4) or 6A, register the notice in the Land
Registry.

(2) A notice served under section 2(1) or (4) or 6A shall be deemed to be an
instrument affecting land or premises and shall be registrable in the Land
Registry, but a failure to register such a notice in the Land Registry shall
not affect its validity against the person on whom the notice has been served.
