TOWN PLANNING (TAKING POSSESSION AND DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY) REGULATION - SECT 4

Detention of property

Any property removed under section 3 may be detained by the Authority until it
is-

   (a)  returned to the owner under section 5; or

   (b)  disposed of under section 6. (Enacted 1994)
