TOWN PLANNING (APPEALS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Witnesses

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 A witness who
is called to give evidence at an appeal shall have all of the rights and
privileges of a witness in a civil action in the Court of First Instance.
