LAND REGISTRATION FEES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3

Power to grant exemption

The Land Registrar may waive any fee required to be taken in respect of any of
the matters mentioned in the Schedule if he is satisfied that the fee would,
if charged, be paid out of the general revenue.
