LAND REGISTRATION FEES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 1A

Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-

"computer printout" (電腦印製本) has the meaning assigned by regulation 2
of the Land Registration Regulations ( Cap 128 sub. leg. A); (L.N. 248 of
1986)

"instrument" (文書) includes any deed, conveyance, lis pendens, judgment or
other instrument in writing; (56 of 1992 s. 18) (L.N. 139 of 1981; 20 of 2002
s. 5)

"computer printout" (電腦印製本)
