LAND REGISTRATION REGULATIONS - REGULATION 24

Offences and penalties

(1) Any person who contravenes regulation 22(1) commits an offence and is
liable to a fine of $5000 and to imprisonment for 3 months.

(2) Any person who-

   (a)  contravenes regulation 22(2)(a) or (b), or regulation 23(2); or

   (b)  refuses or fails to leave the Land Registry or any part thereof when
        required to do so under regulation 22(3), (8 of 1993 s. 30) commits an
        offence and is liable to a fine of $2000 and to imprisonment for 1
        month.
