LAND REGISTRATION REGULATIONS - REGULATION 23

Power to prohibit entry

(1) The Land Registrar may prohibit any person who has contravened regulation
22(1) or (2) or who has been required to leave the Land Registry under
regulation 22(3) from entering the Land Registry.

(2) Except with the permission of the Land Registrar, no person who has been
prohibited from entering the Land Registry under paragraph (1) shall enter the
Land Registry.
