LAND REGISTRATION REGULATIONS - REGULATION 16

Date of registration

Registration of an instrument when completed shall take effect from the date
recorded on the memorial thereof or from the date recorded on the gum label
affixed to the memorial thereof, as the case may be, under regulation 10(c),
and such record together with the certificate of registration referred to in
regulation 14(2) shall be evidence of the registration of such instrument, and
of the date of registration. (L.N. 445 of 1996)
