LAND REGISTRATION REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11

Keeping of temporary index

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Until such time as particulars of an instrument delivered for registration are
entered on a register computer, the index referred to in regulation 10(d)(ii)
shall be kept by the Land Registrar in a secure place in the Land Registry for
