BUILDING (APPEAL) REGULATION - SECT 7
Notification of hearing
Not less than 21 days before the date fixed for a hearing the Secretary shall
notify each party, in writing, of the date and time fixed for the hearing and
the place at which it will take place. (Enacted 1994)
