Receptacles for excrement

The receptacle for excrement shall be-

   (a)  constructed of galvanized metal or other non-absorbent material;

   (b)  so constructed as to prevent the escape, by leakage or in any other
        way, of its contents; and

   (c)  have a capacity not exceeding 50 L. (L.N. 294 of 1976)
