Disposal of effluent

PART V

SEPTIC TANKS

(1) The owner of any building who is about to install a septic tank shall
submit to the Building Authority for his approval the methods by which it is
intended to dispose of the effluent and sludge from the septic  tank.

(2) The Building Authority shall not give his approval thereof if, in his
opinion, the method or methods proposed is or are likely to cause a nuisance
or injury to health. (L.N. 361 of 1980)
