Filling in of drainage trenches

(1) All trenches in which drains or sewers have been laid shall be carefully
filled in, around and above the drains or sewers, with earth which shall be
carefully rammed and consolidated.

(2) No stones or other material which will not pass through a 50 mm ring shall
be deposited in any such trench within 300 mm of the top of any drain or
