Fixing of pipes

(1) Every soil pipe, waste pipe and rain water pipe shall be securely fixed to
the wall of the building for which it is provided.

(2) Any hole which is made in any floor or wall in order to admit any such
pipe shall be properly filled in and sealed round the pipe.
