Connexions of pipes, etc.

Every connexion of a soil pipe, waste pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, ventilating
pipe, rain water pipe or overflow pipe with any other pipe, or with a trap,
gutter or other fitting, as the case may be, shall be made in a manner
suitable to the nature of the materials of which such pipe and such other pipe
or trap, gutter or other fitting are constructed, and so as to be watertight.
