BUILDING (PRIVATE STREETS AND ACCESS ROADS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Footpaths
(1) Every private street and cul-de-sac shall have a footpath on each side
thereof.
(2) Every access road shall have a foot path on at least one side thereof.
