BUILDING (PRIVATE STREETS AND ACCESS ROADS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 18

Surfacing of footpaths

Every footpath shall be surfaced with-

   (a)  concrete not less than 50 mm thick, and covered with granolithic
        paving not less than 12.5 mm thick; or (L.N. 294 of 1976; L.N. 439 of
        1990)

   (b)  other approved material.
