BUILDING (PRIVATE STREETS AND ACCESS ROADS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12

Horizontal curves

(1) The radius of any horizontal curve in any private street or cul-de-sac
shall be not less than 30 m measured to the centre line of the carriageway of
the street or cul-de-sac.

(2) The radius of any horizontal curve in an access road shall be not less
than 9 m, measured to the centre line of the carriageway of the access road.
